Repetition.
Do you feel that your every day life has became a routine?
Have you found yourself doing the same boring thing over and
over again for the couple of last days, months or years? Well,
probably this is one of the reasons why you feel bored? SO STOP
DOING IT! It's really simple to change your routine. Think of
something you you would love to do right now. RIGHT NOW!
Thought of it? Well, now STAND UP! GO AND DO IT! COME ON!
DON'T HESITATE!
Lazy, tired and unmotivated.
Usually if you are feeling, lazy, tired and unmotivated it can all come
down to you feeling tired. Maybe try having a nap or get some fresh air.
Going for a short walk always gives you more energy and usually gets
the motivation back in place. If any of the above don't help than you might just got into a lazy mood that can be defeated by actually doing some work. Just START. START doing whatever you were postponing. The key to being not bored is taking any action necessary at the present moment which is NOW.
Can't do the things I like.
Other boring activities taking up your time? Or maybe don't have the money to do the activities you would like to? Though it seems like a complected situation to be in. Believe me it's not as complected as you think. Whatever the reason is - write it down and try to find a budget or any free time you have (less TV might help to find the time you need, or less procrastination on this website). Whatever it is that is stopping you from doing the things you like you need to START finding a solution NOW.
Rested but feeling lazy.
Sometimes the laziness takes over and you can start feeling depressed and bored. Start from very small tasks that you have been delaying because you were feeling lazy. When you start doing anything the laziness will go away. The only problem is that it's hard to actually overcome it. So GET UP! HAVE A SHOWER! EAT SOME BREAKFAST AND START FRESH. That will tell your laziness that it's time to end this relationship because you are starting a new and productive one.
Quit.
If your job has became a drag and you always feel bad - quit. You won't loose anything. You'll gain time and can figure out WHAT makes you happy and what you really want to do. It's not worth wasting so much time on something you hate. Probably you're s**t at it anyways - because you hate it so much.
